Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to get your order as soon as possible.
After you place an order, its processing will begin - our consultant will call you to clarify the list of goods, their availability, etc. details. Orders are processed and sent on weekdays. Orders processed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as on public holidays, are processed on the next working day. Also, pay attention to the fact that we create every single dress individually and each item is produced in dedication to each order.
Normally, the production period contain 3-5 business days, depending on:
1) quantity of items included to the order;
2) dress complexity and specifics;
3) availability of all the necessary information for production ( size and colour confirmation, customisation details, etc.).

- Nova Poshta - Ukraine / 3-7 days / on cutomer's cost

Once your order has arrived to the DHL office in your country you can expect it to take between 1-3 business days!
Please allow us to take additional 7-10 business days for order processing during sale periods.
If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose an Express Shipping method for an additional cost at checkout. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

Taxes and Duties
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country and the value of your purchase. All the local duties are covered by the customer only!
Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:

We are happy to accept returns purchased within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with all the paper tags, in original conditions, and a 14-day period after delivery has not expired.
